Frequently Asked
Questions

Why Does Co-Parenting Matter?

Co-parenting is important for several reasons.

First it helps maintain the child’s bond with both parents, assuring them of the love and care of both their mom and dad.

It also shares the responsibilities of parenting between two people instead of burdening one.

Effective co-parenting sets a positive example for children about problem-solving and compromise.

What are Anger Management Classes really about?

Anger management classes are educational programs designed to teach individuals how to identify and manage their anger healthily and constructively. They typically involve attending group sessions led by a trained anger management group facilitator, where participants can learn and practice anger management techniques.

The length and frequency of these classes vary depending on the specific program. Some may consist of 6-8 sessions over several weeks, while others may be more intensive and last several months.
